Warehouse Worker (Former Employee) – Union City, CA 94587 – December 18, 2017
Every order that you receive is timed. It's basically based off of how many items you can pull an hour. If you can pull 70 plus items a hour, you would get paid 13 dollars and up. If you pulled anything below that you would get paid 11 bucks an hour.
Respectful company with room and opportunity to grow.
Order Puller/Delivery Driver (Former Employee) – Santa Fe Springs, CA – April 14, 2019
Typical day at L.A Specialty is fast paced and cold. Definitely learned to be more responsible, reliable, and professional. Management will always give you the tools to succeed. Friendly and uplifting work culture. Most enjoyable is the paychecks. The least getting used to the cold.
Sales Associate (Former Employee) – California – April 1, 2019
People here don't know if there coming or going. Always passing the buck with no results to any issues. It's a extremely clicky environment. This toxic behavior starts at the top and trinkles all the way down the ladder. Management are supposed to be the leaders not the followers.
Night Warehouse Associate/Order Selector (Former Employee) – Santa Fe Springs, CA – October 3, 2018
Management will hold grudge against you if they feel you have done something wrong and will basically harass you until you feel the only option is to leave. Basically forced to work overtime as they make it feel like your job is on the line again coming back to them holding a grudge against you. LOTS of favoritism going on within the company.
Driver (Former Employee) – Santa Fe Springs, CA – May 29, 2018
