Make your own hours as a Trainer if you are a lower prices Certified Trainer that they don't have to charge high rates or pay more you will have more Training Clients and hours because it's easier for them to sell

Where I work is like 9-12 in the morning.

Monday to Thursday 9-12 and 5-8 and Friday to Saturday 9-12. But now it's like Monday and Tuesday Morning is off so they have 5-8 on Monday and Tuesday. Wed., Thur. 9-12 and 5-8, Friday and Sat. 9-12 only.

8:30 am -8pm at my club. They tried making me work until 9 pm. Monday-Saturday. I told them there would be no way. Not for the pay, and I already drove an hour to get there everyday and night.

I was a sales manager for 9 months. I worked 6 days a week ,short staffed I worked 10-12hr shifts . My only day off was on Wednesday. The day i couldn't take it anymore I walked out of work, i sincerely felt like i was released from prison. I almost cried feeling like the weight of the world was lifted off my shoulders.
