Since parting ways with the Mallous brothers this place has taken a turn for the worst and guests will make you well aware also. Upper management does not care for their employees or the guests, only the money that goes into their pockets and they make that known by the way they treat you. They change policies daily and still have a lot of building to do. Staff there is like a rotating door, new people every week and not many make it longer than a couple months employed there. Would not recommend working for them if you’re looking for a stress free, stable work environment where you can make money and go home. This place is a headache and needs to improve in many areas still. It’s a shame it was something so great before, hopefully they find a GM that’s better suited to run such a beautiful resort.

Wonderful family to work for. Upward mobility and promoting from within leads to employee retention and a quality team. It can be hectic, like any place, but overall a fun place to work. The bonus structure is generous and achievable. PTO, benefits, and getting paid weekly are great perks!

Management will promise you the world and rip it from your hands. All they care about since new management is money; guests complaints go in one ear and out the other.
