I received an email asking me to set up a phone interview, which they never followed through on. A few days later I had an in-person interview, which was followed a week or two later by a working interview (shadowing another teacher for part of the day). After that, nothing. They promised to call back but didn't, and when I followed up, the director didn't remember who I was or if I had been interviewed before. They emailed me again TEN months after I originally applied to ask for another phone interview, which I declined. Clearly very poor organization here.
