If you were in charge, what would you do to make La Quinta Inns & Suites a better place to work?
First I would get rid of the manager thats there now she's doesn't handle certain things well
What tips or advice would you give to someone interviewing at La Quinta Inns & Suites?
You can relax you probably get the job. Make to have a cellphone to record anything and look for a lawyer. Don’t say thing to anyone of you recording your work.
The hours are great! I have mostly worked Night Audit shifts there and they are easy and if you are a student you would have plenty of time to do homework! I have also worked The evening shifts and those are typically busier than the other shifts but not bad at all! And when a shift is supposed to be busy, they’ll schedule two people for the desk!
