Great company but needs better management. Managers needs to have retraining and actually know what they are doing instead of relying on others!!!!!!!

Fast paced workplace
You do work that does not teach you any skills that can be applicable outside of the workplace. You will have overtime every day and have to work weekends once a month, more if you choose to. Your productivity is tracked constantly.

just a paycheck
typical work day is an iop. psc experience 1 out of every two employees are lazy. supervisors come and go, dont know why. hardest part of the job is knowing it takes two years to get a 99 cents raise, no bonus,no hazardous pay. they give zero recognition to employees who actually do there job, not lazy, enjoy what they do, help out whenever and wherever needed. Dont worry about it. benefits are completely trash. COMPLETELY!! there is no room for growth, after you hear and see management, you aren't going to want to become anything other than a phlebotomist. i love my coworkers. ive learned more about myself during my time with the company than anything.

LabCorp provided excellent opportunities for advancment and learning new skill.
LabCorp provided an excellent opportunity for me to learn UNIX and system virtualization due to expansion from acquiring companies and constant upgrading of technology. Working at LabCorp was rewarding do to the nature of the business, helping people live longer with a higher quality of life. The work was stressful when systems were experiencing outages.

Good job
Great opportunities and flexible schedule but did not feel inclusive and was not able to say goodbye to my coworkers at the time. Great supervisor. All in all a good place to be.
