Patient Service Technician (PST) Supervisor in Ashburn, VA

Great company but needs better management. Managers needs to have retraining and actually know what they are doing instead of relying on others!!!!!!!
Core chemistry lab tech in Burlington, NC

The training opportunities are good. Compensation is terrible, with an annual raise of $0.17. Employees gain the same level of expertise, pay, and training regardless of experience or college degree (in many areas). Good place to begin, right out of college, for training. Then, I suggest taking your training to a better, well organized, and cleaner, laboratory.
Healthcare Billing Specialist in Greensboro, NC

Overall LabCorp (Healthcare Billing Specialist) is an okay job to work. This particular position is remote. Your lab work will be free at the company expense.
Specimen Accessioner in Dublin, OH

The compensation and bonuses and overtime are all great, however, burn out and high turnaround on employees is discouraging. Overtime is mandatory and it’s mostly third shift work so it’s difficult to have a social life.
Service Representative in Kansas City, MO

You would think a company that makes almost $2.1B in profits (amount from public quarterly financial reports) over the last 12 months would appreciate and pay their employees that have grinded through this pandemic better, but that is not the case. Upper management is only concerned about profits and stock price. Middle management is micromanaged from above. Often times told to something with little to no reason as to why it's necessary and given little to no power to effectively manage the process, but can be blamed if a project or policy fails to be completed. Upper management has a high percentage of folks from companies that Labcorp has purchased, who have little to no respect for the work done by the entry level workers who handle the day-to-day activities of the company. ZERO advancement from within to upper management level. Brittle workplace morale due to burnout, turnover and few incentives to make an effort. Upper management rarely approves necessary hiring needs. HR works slowly to bring on new employees (HR handled exclusively at headquarters). Full yearly pay raises are just above inflation costs, if you earn them. Must Exceed Expectations on a few categories & Meet Expectations on the rest to earn a 'Full' raise. Otherwise expect to be paid less than the previous year due to inflation. It's a service company so only half the official holidays do you get paid for, but you start off with nearly 4 weeks of paid leave per year. Make your vacation requests early, since it's First Come and departments often have too few floaters to cover many requests off at once.
