Construction Laborer (Former Employee) - Louisville, KY - September 9, 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? Low pay and staff are rude and pick who they want to work racially bias. I did learn a lot on the jobs, and became skilled in some fields. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? The staff and the time you have to wait to go-to work in there office. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Stressful l.and hard to deal with the staff.so that made the hours longer at times. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Be there at 5am maybe you'll get to go to work if not you just wasted time and money.

You will learn new job skills
Numerous positions (Former Employee) - Fort Wayne, IN - July 6, 2023
If you come there every day and show them that you will work they will certainly give you work. They can't always give you work because they don't always have it but that's of no fault of their own. They treated me pretty good and I enjoyed the camaraderie.
Pros
Learn new job skills, flexibility
Cons
The pay is unfair for the amount of Labor you do there is no doubt about that

I had a problem getting some of my final hours. Like NO MOVEMENT, but plenty of work.
Daily/weekly labor (Former Employee) - Westminster, CO - June 10, 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? Industrial type jobs. Rockies, food service, etc. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Went a month without getting some of my hours. "We have to call them to verify...". Really? If your Regional or Sales knew you had a week of un-billed hours? Ended up calling the client's Area Manager and he had me paid in about ten minutes. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? This was a non guy's club. You couldn't get your foot in the door if you were a male. They were respectful and helpful and kept you busy. But, you were never going to get on internally if you were a male. Been a few years, might have changed. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Temp work, and lots of it. Give 'em a call.

The Staff cares about humanity
Various Positions Held (Former Employee) - Lakewood, CO - April 13, 2023
I worked for this company for many years off and on and they were very caring about the variety of needs their employees had without judgment. If you needed time off you were free to do so and return when you were ready without hassle. I could probably go back right now and be working the same day or next and I've been gone for 6 months now.

Management will treat you right if you're honest
Temporary Employee (Current Employee) - Tacoma, WA - March 17, 2023
If you're consistent with communication, follow through with your promises, and treat people with respect... They will find you work you can do, management is good, but don't lie or be rude.

team-focused staff
Temporary Positions (Current Employee) - Puyallup, WA - September 23, 2022
My one year anniversary with this company is coming up this month, and the best part of this job is the awesome team members I have, and how the branch manager is very motivating and sincerely focused on the success of the company & it's employees . The schedule is somewhat sporadic at times, but always chances for overtime. I recommend for youth looking for a full time job and anyone else who wants to try traffic control out .

Production work
Manual Laborer (Current Employee) - Fort Wayne, IN - June 20, 2022
It's okay place to work for all in all it is first come first serve basically. Being that they pay daily is very beneficial. Being that they also get you back and forth to work if you need once you get down to the building they will take you for a small fee.

paid daily
Construction/Maintenance Worker (Former Employee) - Renton, WA - March 21, 2022
You can pick and choose what you want to do daily most of the time. Being able to work when and if you want is a great perk...Getting paid daily and choosing your job for the day are at the top of my list. Along with being able to buy or rent PPE in office,, which is a huge bonus.. Higher pay and an organized, cohesive staff that communicate officewide across shifts would make this job ideal for everyone.

Get paid daily
General Laborer (Former Employee) - Hamilton, OH - December 12, 2021
Get paid daily is the good thing..they need more Employment for the people that shows up for work and dont get sent out for a job.. for the regular people that show up daily are first to be sent out..And they need better on spot drug test for these people that come in of alchohol or some sort of drug abuse. These people get sent out and makes the work environment to cancel there policy which makes it harder for the ones that needs work and not on substance..
Pros
None
Cons

Only cares about the bottom dollar
Staffing Specialist (Current Employee) - Auburn, WA - October 17, 2021
They have only a money mindset. They don't care about how you feel or if there's something going on in your family. The pay was good but it was 17 for the majority of the time I worked there however you can do the same thing somewhere else and be way better off.
Pros
quarterly lunch
Cons
dirty, unorganized, backstabbing

they pay the workers extremely low compared to what they are compensated for the work employees do
Laborer (Former Employee) - Tacoma, WA - September 14, 2021
It can be difficult to get paid on time- sometimes the employees would leave early on Fridays and you would not be able to turn in your ticket. Making you come in every day to get a ticket then drive all the way to the job site, and not being paid for the extra trip is not allowed by law yet uncompensated. I think this is just being overlooked and once discovered will be corrected - the manager does treat people very well.
Pros
consistant work for those who work hard
Cons
hard to get proper compensation at times, and low compensation

Specialist
Specialist (Former Employee) - Tacoma, WA - October 24, 2020
Met some nice people while working there but upper management doesn’t seem to care about the staff. There is no advancement within the company. They are unorganized and unprofessional. Safety concerns are a joke to them and they do not allow remote work.
