Great supportive team, but pay and benefits need to get way better. Manager and sups care and the products are awesome. Definitely favoritism for advancement and can be a bit of a “good old boy” team but they’re working on it.

Great experience

Great place to work to develop people skills and talking on the phone with customers. Good benefits. The office is far from portland but it is easy to get to.

Loved working here

The benefits were great, and I loved the product, which made it easy to promote it. It was a friendly and relaxing work culture. They had a gym, and a kitchen, which was nice.

Great work-life balance, lots of opportunity to grow within the company, interesting work, positive atmosphere, open to new ideas

For nearly two years I worked in the Customer Service department helping both consumers and retailers over the phone and through email. I thoroughly enjoyed working here! There were great benefits - medical, dental, vision, 401(k), bonuses, travel opportunities, cross-departmental training, growth opportunities, a lunchroom, an onsite gym, a ping-pong table, and opportunity to work in other departments (ex. shipping, returns, or retail outlet). I had a lot of fun at this company and learned a lot. It was also rewarding and entertaining to help our customers and develop relationships with them! We were on the phone all day, but had time to be off the phone to enter customer orders - to do data entry.
