Do not recommend a person that wants to see their family. Long hours, have to request vacation a year in advance, limited pto, poor training and advancement opportunities

General Laborer in Nampa, ID

With an average of 70 hours every week it's not suprising people burnout and leave within their first month. Nobody stays long enough to be fully trained, so nobody is actually good at their job. Those of us who were crazy (and caffeinated) enough to stay long enough to know what we were doing were rewarded with longer shifts and fewer days off. Almost impossible to request time off even for emergencies.

It's not a bad pla e to work, the job is easy especially if you are just starting out, lots of drama, conflict of interest. The job is boring, not challenging enough, repetitive, Aldo they have some intouchable dinosaurs
Packaging in Belmont, WI

Manager is worthless and don’t care about the people. You work 7 days a week and short notice of scheduled days. The only good thing about this place is nothing at all.

Can you work weekends can you work overtime.... Because you will be working all of the time for your first 5 or 6 years there. You are exhausted and make mistakes then get fired for it. Good luck this place is the pit of he'll. You may think the money is decent however not worth your soul
