Management will micromanage to the most extreme!
Maintenance Mechanic (Current Employee) – Nampa, ID – March 2, 2019
They will hire more managers to watch over those doing the work, but only so much can be done by those who work the floor. Benefits are amazing, health, dental and 401k. They give you paid vacation and sick leave but you are penalized for using it by assigning negative points to you, after so many points your fired. They will give you a core schedule but then expect you to change it to accommodate there needs without regards to your time off. Even amongst management they contradict each other. Your bosses boss will tell you there is unlimited overtime but then your boss will write you up for working overtime. Political to the most extreme, if you like gossip, being stabbed in the back by peers and a everyone for themselves type of attitude, this is the place to go! What’s printed in company rules and guidelines is then ignored and told to employees that they don’t apply to you, even though the handbook says so. HR does nothing for the employees as they won’t get their bonuses if they help employees instead of the company.
