A great place to work if you don't have any children. I would still be in the casino business if I didn't have my baby, but I can't miss all of the holidays with my baby and I like to have some weekends off. Other than that it's a great place and I will definitely go back once my baby is old enough to understand why mommy is gone on the holidays and every weekend.
Pros
Great workplace, good tips, and pto
Cons
No holidays off and no weekends off

I enjoyed my time at Lady Luck although management was frustrating and was lacking in communication. Excellent advancement if you can survive.

Security (Current Employee) –  Farmington, PAJanuary 14, 2015
Overall not a bad place to work. They pay very well for the actual job duties. Most of the entry level employees are very friendly and enjoyable to be around. They take you in like family. The hardest part of the job is adapting to the casino life. 24/7 365 without many holidays off. Upper Management seems alot more concerned with the patrons than the employees.
Pros
Good Employees, Great Benefits
Cons
Takes a long time to get gaming license
