Go back to caring about you employees. The time when you wanted engaged emplotees and weren't trying to go global and buy every failing hospital. Your management is the worst. Titles and prestige is all there after and how your lay people feel defeated because HR is going to back them right or wrong. You need to make their offices smaller and put them front and center. They dont use aidet, not accountable and scandalous.

Part of it is about who you know, it's true. The LGH network is extensive and everyone feels better when someone they know recommends an applicant. The good news is it is not hard to meet LGH people out in the real world. Keep an eye on the events they send representatives to. They are trying to be better community members, make friends with them. They are mostly nice. Talk to your own physician's office staff.
