Laffey Real Estate Administrator Review
More work same pay
Administrator (Former Employee) - New Hyde Park, NY - June 28, 2022
Owner is the downfall of the company. Respects very few opinions even from experts he has hired. Micromanages and speaks down to staff who actually look up to his knowledge, but in they end up defending themselves or being chastised. So many meetings a day at times you barely complete your tasks and are rushed though lunch (if you take it at all). Penalized to staying to late to complete tasks because the 6 meetings (or more)that week set you back. Admins are providing work and reports daily for corporate office, as well as managers, and May have 50 agents to assist. If 20 agents are added, and you have 70 agents you just have your duties and 70 agents to 1 admin. No pay or benefit change. No extra weekend admin help. No OT,… just extra work. On top of that admins are -customer service, events, meeting coordinator, sanitation, compliance, accounting, HR, recruiting, marketing, IT, social media, and more depending on the day. If you want a great admin, they are at Laffey real estate being overworked and underpaid; they do it all and deserve to be treated with more respect.

It was an okay workplace
NYS Licensed Real estate salesperson (Former Employee) - Queens, NY - December 26, 2019
You have to teach yourself everything. Training is good but can be better. You need more support in the company to start off which is not really given.
