You must have patience working with kids and adolescents who are going thru a crisis such as depression, anxiety, suicidal and homicidal ideation, and other issues. Attending school meetings mostly every week while kids are in school and do home visits if necessary. Answering the phone continuously and fill out referrals for services. Other than that - more... it's a good place due to the flexibility of hours, no need to clock in or out take lunch at you convenience, no pressure caused by our director and you learn and obtain a lot of experience working with different people. - less
