Conduct more exit interviews when staff leave. Be more supportive of a bottom-up style of communication. Take a serious look at Job expectations for Frontline staff in order to prevent burnout. Be more responsive to staff who go to HR for support especially when they are not feeling supported by their director.

Pace is ludicrous and job duties continually change without notice. Management is ineffective and inept.

Listen to care coordinators because they work directly with enrollees. Also, I would only hire those who have education/experience working in the social service field.
