Poor management. Oppressive. Incompetent managers , directors and deans
Professor Assistant (Former Employee) –  Bradenton, FLApril 4, 2019
Poor administrative group . Money driven without care for staff and patients . Only a few people were in charge and they are untouchable. Even when they demonstrate favoritism, whistle blowing, they are still promoted. Those who are knowledgeable and loved by the majority , esp the students, are treated poorly. The dean is not a dentist, the culture is toxic.
The provost only comes to check the place out but never get involved with the faculties on a personal level. Very stuck up and demeaning to dentists. Everyone is replaceable there. There is no loyalty. Mostly Just a bunch of incompetent people with toxic behavior and personalities. There are a few good people but they are just keeping a low profile, overworked with low pay and stressed out from the politics in that place.

The environment would be healthier if the executive management allowed for the development of the on site leadership. Environment can be toxic and political. The school program is progressive and modern.

Patient Care Coordinator (Current Employee) –  Bradenton, FLMay 20, 2016
Job is just answering the phone and scheduling patients. Ordering supplies, collection of payments, making sure everything code is in the computer correctly. I have learned a lot when it comes to dentistry.
