Typically pretty busy. Co workers were great. Made good bonds during my time there. Management was great. Greg was outstanding. When busy people get irritated with eachother easily. Other than that it was pretty fun!

Challenging yet Satisfying Lifestyle

With long bus rides and minimal pay, playing independent baseball challenges true heart of the game. Typically, you arrive at the field at 1 pm and are leaving around 10. I say around because you never know how long a game can take or what weather is going to do. This job tests your will, day in and day out, with failure approaching you from all directions. Baseball is a game of failure, so learning how to achieve success through failure, has molded my mind into becoming a perfectionist of my craft.
