I applied to a position after meeting a recruiter at a job fair. I had a phone interview within the week and an in person interview a week later and a conditional offer shortly after. Then I had to go to get my physical. The interview process probably depends on department, but I thought it went quickly
However orientations are only offered every two weeks so that may set back your start date.
Lengthy and go a lot smoothly. Lack educated professionals

I only got as far as an telephone interview, yet it was simply a lot basic than I imagined it would be. Don't know why I wasn't hired.
Terrible. From the time I applied to the time I was interviewed was 3 months. They do not respond in a timely fashion; which forces you to either take a different job or decline other job opportunities because you're in limbo with Lake Health.

There isn't much intensity, it is just fairly standard. You are basically in a room with one or two others who ask you normal interview questions. No tests or anything, just common questions to see if you are fit for the job.
