Work for peanuts
Who knows what I was (Former Employee) –  New York StateDecember 12, 2018
Read reviews before i worked there and I thought they were maybe not true..so i took the job.. I was so wrong, they were correct the reviews.

I would say this bank will never compete with the big boys. They don't pay, you get paid more working at Aldis or Wendy's

there benefit deductibles are through the roof, so you will never get any medical care for a low price unless you almost are dead in a hospital racking up the bills just to meet your deducible...Things are done wrong and no one seems to care, its all about top brass and the workers are treated like junk..

They also lie about what you will be doing in the interview...

If your ok with minimum wage and standing on your feet all day and doing everyone's tasks because the lazy people don't get punished, and love gossip, then please apply. You have been warned.
Pros
understanding management to a point
Cons
Pay was a joke..Management no clue at all..way to much gossip..

Stressful and Under Staffed
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Dunkirk, NYJanuary 3, 2018
Alot of employee turnover because of stress and minimum wage pay. Have to work every Saturday because of being understaffed. Clique, uncomfortable and gossipy. Manager was not good at communicating with staff and was not around alot. Only plus side was being able to leave for an hour for lunch but was scolded if you did not leave the teller line exactly at scheduled lunchtime, even if the customer line was out the door. Benefits were fair.

Actually glad I'm gone
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Jamestown, NYAugust 29, 2017
Agree with another user with their assessment of "very clique." Management is poorly trained, very little cross-training or chances for advancement. Often running short-handed with equipment and programs that should have been updated ages ago.
Pros
Benefits are decent
Cons
High deductible health plan, poor training, poor management, constantly short-handed

Poor pay and management. CEO is good. But the rest of upper management is only interested in themselves. Very clique. Stressful environment where everyone is taught to watch their backs.
Pros
benefits, pto, holidays
Cons
everything else.
