This place is as bad as high school. Alot of gossip and fake co workers. Dont ever think anyone has your back. You can go through proper channels of complaint but nothing will be solved. Sadly alot of bullying towards the kids. I see employees trigger the children to escalated bx by talking about them or call them names in front of residents and staff. More times than not if a child doesnt feel good they are blown off unless its severe. I feel so bad for them. They pull at my heart when they ask how can a worker get away with lying on documents saying they did something when they didnt. Ive seen this happen myself. This is not a safe environment for the children or staff. Twice ive been in the middle of restraining someone and get hurt due to no extra help.i could go on..I was told more than once make sure you document everything they do because the company wont get pd. The only thing is they want only the bad things and some even if arent really improving will phase up so the ins thinks they are helping by being there. Someone needs to listen to the kids..Trust no one and count on losing your happiness and faith that this company is for the children.
