What is it like to work at Lakeland Regional Health?

I was lucky enough to have had a strong team that got along. Turn over rate it high so the women are clicky that have stayed... but tons of resources. All the perks of working in a major hospital. Resources! Nowwe i travel and work in a rural hospital and it makes me appreciate all i had there. Management is approachable and helpful. Over all i - more ... would recommend it. But it's the buzziest emergency dept in the country so you better be on your A- game. - less

Pros: -good work/personal life balance -good scheduling -promotes workplace culture and extends to public communities -promotes better resources such as medication dispensary -good EMR system
-needs to work on patient nurse ratio -always floating.
