Focused on you is a lie. Worried about growing but not worried about employees safety or annual increases. They say they are but NOT at all. No maintenance staff to take care of their properties. Jump around to save money but this in return brings the existing properties down. 1 maintenance man to oversee 300 plus community.

I understand that the ultimate goal of any business is to turn a profit. But the seemingly obsessive focus on maximizing profits now is severely hurting future profit margins. If they don't make the needed changes now, I feel the future for Lakeshore Management is bleak to say the least...
