Walking into a mess on day one. Not having proper support and fearing reprimand (interesting way of yelling at people through emails).
Being watched by big brother on camera, not as a training tool but as a way to reprimand. Not getting enough professional training. When upper management does send someone to train new managers the time is used to clean up past messes. The training manual is not written well. Too many missing aspects of the job.
They wont hire anyone who actually knows how to work.
Lack of training, lack of respect, upper management not knowing what your job consists of. Nothing gets done by upper management in a timely manner. Also working outside in the cold, snow, rain, etc, Over 60% of your time is spent outside as a community manager.
