Focused on you is a lie. Worried about growing but not worried about employees safety or annual increases. They say they are but NOT at all. No maintenance staff to take care of their properties. Jump around to save money but this in return brings the existing properties down. 1 maintenance man to oversee 300 plus community.

No work life balance. They expect you to work daily until you complete everything that day. If you don't you will continue to be buried daily.
