a typical day at work consists of answering inbound phone calls and registering clients for service. Making outbound calls and scheduling appointments. The hardest part of the job is realizing that I can't solve everyone's issue in one call. The most enjoyable part is when the caller tells me that I have helped them get closer to their goal.
