The company makes it very clear that your not part of the team if you are a contracted employee. The company's core values, honesty and integrity, mutual trust and respect, but yet they can not follow them. Open communication is another core value that they failed upon by telling everyone they had training and then let us go while feeding us donuts. The workers that are hired on are lazy when all we did is work hard.
