Cant never get anything fixed except you to go above and beyond when the pay doesn't equal the workload are you mite get hurt

That's a great question! We actually award all new hires (that work 30+ hours) with both sick and vacation time on their very first day of employment. That initial time is pro-rated depending on when the employee is hired during the year, and we provide the normal vacation and sick time for the year each succeeding January 1st. We even let you roll over some unused vacation time to the next year!
