Since we have over 200 individual locations across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico, it’s hard to answer your question exactly. Generally speaking, Lamar has a somewhat relaxed dress code for our office jobs, uniform guidelines for our Operations jobs, and professional for our customer-facing jobs. For inquiries on work schedules, you can always contact the local hiring manager listed in all of our job postings on http://applynow.lamar.com/. Thank you for your inquiry!

That's a great question! We actually award all new hires (that work 30+ hours) with both sick and vacation time on their very first day of employment. That initial time is pro-rated depending on when the employee is hired during the year, and we provide the normal vacation and sick time for the year each succeeding January 1st. We even let you roll over some unused vacation time to the next year!

Thanks for your question! It really depends on the nature of the job and work flow of that week, but "regularly for 8 hours" is typically spot on.

Since we have over 200 individual locations across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico, it’s hard to answer your question exactly. Generally speaking, Lamar usually has a phone interview with local management followed by a face-to-face interview by local management if the phone interview goes well.
