As a long term Lancaster native and employee, I have seen this community continue to decline in care and their status with state regulations. Management and owners can not get this right because they don’t care. Family owned business, yes but too worried about the profit and Operations manager that is incompetent who fires administrators, marketing and anyone else she can blame. The only negative consistent influence is her. Give it up, you’re not helping people, you’re killing them with incompetence and uncaring for the training of your staff. Are you waiting for the state to close you? That isn’t too far down the road. Caring for an individual is the most important job in the world, not to be taken lightly. Not one cent is put into staff education and turnover in fact quite the contrary, all was taken from the employees. Years have proven you have no idea what you are doing, or replace your regional manager for a leader with a clue who will manage the problems not pass the blame. Do it right or give it up. Someone’s life has no room for your continual mistakes. The community has had enough, time to report these NHA licenses who consistently put residents at risk year after year, showing no sign of improving conditions just taking the almighty dollar and other professionals position to take the blame.
