Terrible you can be on your way out of the plant and they have the right under there hand book to force you to work over or they can tell you to start your next shift 4 hours early.They abuse there right.

Management will call for overtime with very short notice , and threaten you with absence points if you have made plans. Very dishonest.

In tulare ca they are a union plant. If your the lowest on the food chain the work week is just about 7 Days a week 365 they have the right to force you to work per union contract and the union is not that strong
