How do you not work a full day? I am LH social worker in another market and although my days breeze by, this is because I am so busy! I wish there was more time in the day to do more. If I am not particularly busy one some days, I am researching resources or educating myself at seminars on how to better serve our patients. I don’t think that it is Social Work best practice to do minimal work and then advertise your poor decision to not work your full 8 hours. Or to not utilize your time better.
Those who are interested in SW with Landmark Health should know that our culture is to not put in minimal work. We are transforming lives from the work that we do. There is a nice balance between driving to patients homes to being at your home for documentation.
But if you are a cut the corner type of person than this position is not for you.
Full time is fine as well as part time.
Not sure about part time. But you never work a full day working full time

No. You have to attend meetings and get patients seen so there is no flexibility.
