When applying for a position check out references. People can tell you what you want to hear as they are lying about how many jobs they were fitted from and how many days they called in sick!! Not good!!!

Have individual meetings with each role. Including the Behavioral Health team. Social work is secondary in this company, no one in corporate takes time to go to each market talking to social work. Stress levels are consistent in all markets. If I was in charge, I would meeting with all positions but starting with social work and actually give them TIME, not rushed time. You often feel that you have no one in person to go to because management does not make time for you. Corporate does not understand the value of social work. If you don’t value yourself and never want positive or negative feedback then sign up today!
