Brutal, there are many days that we only have one PCT and they put that person in the TCU area and no help in the ICU and they give then nurses 3-4 patients and the charge nurses are lazy.

There is two that actually know how to clean, otherwise the rest are slow, lazy, and mix chemicals because the vinegar smell is too strong.
