Stressful environment due to lack of Organization. Management only Delegates and Demand. Not a resource for help in time of need.
Admissions Coordinator/ Activity (Former Employee) –  Savannah, GAMay 20, 2019
Not. Very Good Experience. Unorganized. Staff can be disrespectful, and Unethical. Seems to be trend for the way this Hospital does business. You do not have a voice here. No need to take any concerns to HR. No type of job Security. Please Seek better For Yourself and your Family before Dedicating your time and Efforts to A business like This. It's Mostly the Management but they can't keep their position either. Just being Truthful. I have Found better. This AIN'T IT!

Worse place to work
Manager (Former Employee) –  Naples, FLMay 15, 2019
Where to start. I’ll share the skinny of this place. Cannot trust the VP Human Resources, she talks about you to others & talks about others to you. The owner is concerned about making money not patient care. All management meetings are very uncomfortable & stressful. You walk on eggshells daily

Poor Management
(Staff Nurse) (Former Employee) –  Joplin, MOMay 10, 2019
I loved my job as a nurse there until the DON changed; not only did the moral decrease but she used her personal preferances on who worked where. Basically, who ever brown nosed the most got what they wanted. Administration would openly talk bad about other employees with doors open, in the hall ways, etc. Certain employees could show up or leave when they wanted where as, other hard workers would be wrote up for being 1 min late.
Pros
Use to feel like an amazing team unit
Cons
Administration makes you feel worthless.

Good place to Work...
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (Current Employee) –  Salt Lake City, UTApril 8, 2019
I covered the weekend staff for the therapy department and I feel this hospital provided their employees with a conducive work place. The most enjoyable part of my job was helping patients heal.

Caring Nurses and Great Teamwork
RN LTAC , full time (Current Employee) –  Murray, UTApril 5, 2019
My time has proven that Landmark Nurses are caring, safe and have terrific teamwork.
Workplace culture on the floor is comfortable. The nurses take the time to educated new nurses and temporary nurses during the shift. The supplies are readily available with the charge nurse having the most access.

Need to focus more on patients and family concerns
Materials Manager (Former Employee) –  Athens, GAMarch 29, 2019
Poor management. The management needs to be a little more concerned with employees rather than their own well being. Patient care is not great. The workers need to learn to work together and not against one another.

Everyday is a learning experience about LTACH. An LTACH is an specific area of healthcare and has its own rules and regulations.

The hardest and most enjoyable is implementing process improvement projects.

It was a great place to work at before.....
Underpaid employee of the year (Current Employee) –  Naples, FLMarch 6, 2019
It was a great place to work at before.....the team work was great until the “blame others “ culture started to foster as well as higher unrealistic expectations was put on particular staff when they are not provided with
the proper equipment, training, staff and compensation from the type of work and skill they provide. You are not given a chance to do your real job description bec you are expected to do nursing care and yet get questioned when patients don’t meet goals due to lack of treatments.
Pros
Great team work
Cons
Lack of staff, freeze hire on my Dept, no proper equipment, low pay, no respect, micromanaged, particular staff not allowed to eat together

Monitor Technician/Unit Secretary (Current Employee) –  Columbia, MONovember 12, 2018
Company was mostly young professional nurses and staff that really put forth the effort to work with their employees to meet their individual life schedules along with pushing teamwork as a way to get the job done. I mostly enjoyed the people that i worked with during my time at Landmark.
Pros
$3 meals, Pto, great employees.
Cons
Sometimes there was no time for a break.

This is a horrible place to work. The CEO is a micromanager that does not understand your job let alone hers. Favoritism and cliques!
Healthcare professional (Former Employee) –  Savannah, GAOctober 28, 2018
Do not work at this place and do not send your loved one there for care. Never enough staff! Management is awful and employees never stay. Job openings almost every day because of the lack of support and compassion. If a company doesn’t care about their employees imagine how they feel about their patients.

Human Resources Director (Former Employee) –  Murray, UTAugust 17, 2018
Landmark Hospital has so much potential but all seven hospitals are ran by a reactive-minded physician who is out to make money, instead of bettering the lives of employees. This, coupled with some of his ruinous business choices, has resulted in the damaged careers of employees who were never at fault.
Pros
Clean
Cons
Passive-aggressive executives.

Good place to work
RN (Current Employee) –  Savannah, GAMay 18, 2018
Overall is a good place to work. I get to use my ICU skills without the stress of working in an ICU. Cons are a gossipy work environment. Get to work closely with the respiratory therapists and onsite MD. High turnover. LTACHs have a bad reputation, but I think they are just misunderstood. Would definitely recommend working here.
Pros
Get to use critical thinking
Cons
Benefits aren't great, lazy coworkers, gossipy

Working as a CNA is difficult when there are no hours available for working due to low census. Overall, I enjoyed working for Landmark, but I would have like to have been able to actually go to work

PCT/CNA (Former Employee) –  Columbia, MOMarch 29, 2018
The beginning was amazing but it quickly turned into never enough staff, supplies, working equipment and calling off several times throughout the week down staffing to one tech/ per extremely heavy work load not manageable.

Punitive environment that lacks professional behavior toward others.
Social Worker/Casemanager (Former Employee) –  Joplin, MOMarch 15, 2018
Landmark is a punitive environment. It lacks systems that enhance employment. The freedom to express opinions is not allowed. It is an environment whereby administration breeds disrespect for staff members.
