Working here means competing with team members, having your work credited to others, and watching leadership give one tone deaf announcement after another. Senior leadership is out of touch with current work and trends and keeps patting themselves on the back while the company continues to fail to meet expectations.
The day-to-day is filled with passive-aggressive and unproductive interactions in an open office plan floor shared with a pharmaceutical advertising company. There is no IT department, so you're on your own when something breaks, and equipment is badly out of date and in need of reinvestment.
The hardest part of the job was generating profits and increases in revenue threefold in a year and being told I still couldn't convert freelance staff to full time because I wasn't profitable enough.
