I got offered better pay at another retailer. Lane Bryant doesn’t pay management well enough to retain them.
The pay was terrible and I always felt the manager was singling me out.
Was fired after 11 years. The new DM did not like me and eventually fired me. I wasn’t given a verbal warning or any write ups prior. Several managers were fired or forced out by this DM. I will never spend another penny at LANE BRYANT nor will my friends or family. This company will not survive treating hard working employees in such a manner.
