The interview process was amazing. I was brought in and interviewed with a manager and team lead if you will. I was given the impression that I was a good fit for the postion and led to believe that as long as my background and references were confirmed I would be advised of the training schedule. What they do not disclose in the job description is that a credit check is required and your offer is contingent upon a positive credit score. There are so many reasons why somoene would have a negative credit rating. I myself had just finalized my divorce and as a result of that divorce my credit suffered. I was suddenly treated as if i was less than qualified for a postion that I had previously been told otherwise. I expressed in my interview that the need for this part time position, was to permanently suppliment my full time employment. I am a seasoned employee with over 20 years of experience and college educated. The lack of return calls, empathy and the misinformation provided in my opionon was very unprofessional.

I did a very short interview over the phone to determine how fluent I am in both languages and then we did maybe a dozen or so scenarios to test my accuracy.
