Good Company just wished there's opportunity for advancement..
Written by Bilingual Case Manager (Current Employee) from New York, NY on October 16, 2018
Compensation for someone's quality of work, incentives, and commitment to the company should matter, it appears like it doesn't since they don't give raises at all. It's a great entry level opportunity for an individual to obtain the experience and move on.
Pros
Great Culture, good diversity of people.
Cons
No raises at all except for the COLA raises
