Short staffed and overworked
Written by Registered Nurse (Current Employee) from Largo, FL on March 3, 2019
I currently work here have been for a few years, there have been many nurses that have come and gone. The biggest issue has been staffing not enough and very tired overworked underpaid nurses who are putting there license and patients lives in jeopardy. I feel like it's all about HCAHPS and money and less about patient quality care. Would not recommend - more... for a new nurse. HCA company is bottom line about money, unfortunately and it's the sad truth. Nurses are doing primary care alot with only one tech for the floor of 20 patients would you want your loved one here ask yourself... - less
ProsDecent pay, caring coworkers
ConsShort staffed alot, no lunch breaks
