Great building with toxic people

The company offers great hours and pay for strenuous work that causes the damages they treat. Makes sense for a majority of their workforce to be "recovered" patients from their procedures. If you're a seasoned employee there or can adapt to their incredulous regulations to maintain employment, you'll love it. It's all about who you know to make sure you don't have any problems. Real skills aren't required.

Company was growing very quickly when I worked there, therefore flexibility and change were an everyday part of life there. Management was involved with employees and listened to needs.

Even though immediate manager was good many levels and layers above show poor leadership skills. They try to lead from the rear.

LSI used to be a great place where we helped patients and had a great work environment. This was all until management admitted to messing up and lost all of the company's money. That is when buy out after buy out happened. They cut most of the staff, but continued to hire and train time and time again; I guess they didn't get the memo on how much that alone ends up costing a company. A bunch of 25 year old sycophants acting like managers, but have no idea what they were doing. This job had a decent pay, decent hours, but no loyalty, no training and no sense of safety-and we are talking if you are doing your job. It was a cut throat place and I am extremely happy that I left. Save yourself some time and keep your stress levels down--look somewhere else.

Overall LSI was the most enjoyable and fulfilling place that I have ever worked at. You always learn something and are kept on your toes. LSI is all about change, which is awesome and they are continuously growing. The hardest part of the job was the micromanaging that came about.

no advancement for non-medical personnel

Team meetings were established weekly by team lead and there would also be department meeting once month. Goals were set on a department basis, team basis and also on an individual basis. Management pushed for quality over quantity. Work produced on a quality stand point would have a great out come which would cause an increase in product quantity. Recognition was given. Competitions within the company were great and provided great prizes. Overall a great place to work. wonderful co- workers.

Forget raises, forget work/life balance, forget training or advancement. Some of the people are great, but the turn over rate is so large that most of the good people have been let go or have found a better place.

Great place to work, management is very supportive and sensitive to personal life. Real family environment which rewards for hard work. They pass out Red Bulls to pep you up as well as provide dinner sometimes for the late shifts as well as the go getters that stay past their shifts.

New upper management change we no longer have 401k benifits are high. The work/life balance was rough. There are time when I would get there at 7am leave at 6 then due to taffic not get home till close to 8pm.

Management and leadership very "clicky". Managment promotes and disciplines staff based upon personal feelings toward that staff member instead of actual merit and/or investigation. Over promises but under delivers just to get staff hired.

LSI will promise you the world when they first hire you but over time most if not all of those promises will be broken. Benefits will be taken away and the pay will fall behind other competitors. It is an easy job but not worth dealing with the lack of leadership or direction.

I like to stay challenged,
management was good, but not strong enough to keep LSI strong
had too many layoffs, quitting,negative atmosphere,
Hardest part of job was nothing really, only when system gave issues,
easiest, was all of it, enjoyed my job
