Great question! New employees may receive a performance review after 3 or 6 months of employment. If additional certifications or licenses were received at that time, a pay increase may happen. Most employees can expect an annual performance review based on their start date, at which time they complete a self-evaluation and review a performance evaluation with their supervisor. If performance objectives are being met and performance is satisfactory, we are excited to provide employees with pay raises at those annual review sessions.
