People can set their own hours. Mostly I observed an 8-4:30 schedule.

Health insurance premiums are very affordable and plans cover a lot. Reminds me of the HMO days. Other benefits include a 90% tuition discount if the employee attends Walden University. Work from home opportunities, they provide food to help with stressful times due to large call volumes.

You can work as much as you wanted. I fought for a work-life balance and chose to stick to a 40-45 hour work week. They also offer 6 holidays in addition to the 2 floating holidays and vacation time.
