Fast-paced, challenging, and positive office culture that is supportive of our professional development, our innovative ideas, as well as critiques. They allow us some flexibility in ouracademic advising approaches, as long as they adhere to theoretical and practical frameworks. We get to use our unique talents and experiences to improve service to students. Every institution of higher education has its challenges, a point that can’t be overstated enough: however, the managing advisors and team mates across departments actively work to create a culture of excellence.
Good, strict Scaled Agile

With this being a profiting billion dollar facility, the work environment and culture on most days is very dismal. As an Enrollment Counselor, the culture was NOT to reason why and do as your instructed without understanding. As a Senior Registrar Operations Specialist, the culture is more in line with fake it till you make it. There is no support for innovative thinking and being truly student focused.
