Lavelle Industries Careers and Employment

About us

Since starting operations in 1912, we’ve continued to evolve into the strong, innovative manufacturing company that we are today. In 1954, we designed the first toilet flapper and this technology is still being used today. We have continued to be an engineering leader for our customers, designing products and solving problems. We accomplish this, not – more... only from part design, but also material development, to meet the ever-changing needs of our customers.

Management treating employees with little respect and not helping during a time in need. Wouldn't approve time off for certain employees do to a lack of training other people to do the job.
