Many opportunities to do research, which I enjoyed. I also had the opportunity to perfect my MS Office skills, learning Excel and PowerPoint. Very often a colleague and I would meet with small business owners, individuals, or families.

Very little chance for promotion.

Little chance for promotion, no training, no chance for growth. Manager only cares about making money. Does not care about employees. No HR department.

Perfect for self starters and with minimum supervision

I was a field tech for the company. I worked on a per project basis. I did Building Surverys for energy grants. Mr. Cutone the owner was great, I had brief contact with him, but he was always pleasant and encouraging. I mostly received my assignments from the one of the priject managers and worked closely with the energy engin
