Be fair -no 401k match for department heads who work 10+ Hours over their 40 hrs a week.

Remember that the numbers you are dealing with every day are actually people. People who count on us to have their best interests at heart, not just the bottom line. It is great to have high occupancy, but if we are putting people in danger it should not be worth it.
