Answered

NEVER!! We never once got an evaluation. No cost of living raise. You get nothing. You get paid nothing, they work you to sickness.
I asked for a raise, and when I understandably had to make my case (worked hard- came in early, stayed late, worked 7 days a week at times, high performer, etc) they offered me .25 more an hour.

They will take advantage. Especially if you are a worthless woman.

Answered

Better management making sure all managers knew their roles and made sure all general managers had experience.

Answered

Fast and stressful.
Corporate rarely if ever tells us anything, but expects us to know it. There is zero communication, but plenty of mass email shaming. If you like to be treated like you are worthless, you will do great here.
