Scheduling is not up to you, if theres a problem usually my GM would lie and say she never heard my schedule or how there was going to be termination. Listen to the ones who not on the top end. The ads are lies. They're no team work, sometimes your left for dead, especially at 84th and Amsterdam in NYC. Tips, please, it's all speculation. As long as the customers are chill and the vibe is bougie and caucasian, there shouldn't be a problem. Dont think this job is worth it, cause it isn't.
They hire managers base on a lie promising bonus. There is no bonus at all. Also they make the managers and almost everyone else to wash the dishes. No sanitation rolls are followed. Over priced menue items and bad customer service in all their locations. I will not work there again.
Crumbling from within with the wrong leadership at the highest levels. No culture, no training procedures in place. Everything is behind schedule but you are expected to operate at the highest levels. Your expected to forgive their short comings but don’t you ever make a mistake, you’ll be held “accountable”. “Mandatory” “un aceptable” “immediately” are the phrases you’ll hear daily.
