If I could give the management and job culture zero stars, I would. The management is completely dysfunctional, chooses to change personnel policies without any notice, and constantly contradicts themselves.
My first few phone calls with Leading Solutions were pleasant. Since the company did not have any reviews online at the time of my hire, I did not know what I was getting myself into. As soon as my contract was signed, their tone completely changed and they began treating me horribly.
The benefits that were listed in my offer letter were not actually available until nearly six months into my employment. The company does not provide PTO accrual or increases after multiple years of employment. Personnel policies have been changed multiple times in my two years with the company, and no notice was given (they've even retroactively applied detrimental policies).
I have been a government contractor for nearly a decade, and have never been treated with such disrespect and disregard. I was very disappointed to leave the governmental agency that I contract for—as my experience with them has been pleasant and professional. Unfortunately, Leading Solution's dysfunction began interfering with my work and personal life.
