Unpredictable and they give you short notice and make your day off a mandatory day to work. They make you work up to 12 hours even if you are scheduled for 8. If you like to work long hours this is the job for you.

It’s great if you like slave labor. Worked at Tuscaloosa plant and thought I was in basic training all over again. Don’t complain if you really need the job.
