Eliminate the Regional VP roles. Switch CRM system to Salesforce.com and empower your GMs to run their property without interference from VPs that are not on the property on a daily basis.. If the GMs fail to hit their numbers, they are replaced. Putting a VP between the GM and President of Sales just waters down the process and delays the inevitable. There is plenty of support for the properties coming from Jefferson City and Dallas.
